Amber Blythe
Amber Blythe - Director
Conveyancing Licence No. 05004851
Amber Blythe is the Director and Founder of Amber Blythe Conveyancing, which she launched in June 2018 after starting her career as a trainee in conveyancing. With 18 years of experience and qualifications in law and legal studies, Amber is passionate about making property transactions simple, smooth, and stress-free.
She’s known for her friendly, down-to-earth approach and loves getting to know her clients, hearing their stories, and guiding them through one of life’s biggest milestones.
Amber is also an active community contributor, serving as a Director on the Board of SWS Bank, Hilltops representative on the Southern Regional NSW Planning Panel, Vice President at Gumnut Grove Childcare, and a committee member for the Young Crisis Accommodation Centre.
When she’s not working, Amber enjoys the joyful chaos of family life with her husband Brent and their three young children—Chloe (5) and twins Thomas and William (2.5)—alongside a backyard full of much-loved pets, including chickens, goats, calves, a pet lamb, sheep, and their golden retrievers, Chad and Nala. Between the kids, paw prints, and hoofprints, life is busy, noisy, and always full of adventure (with plenty of coffee to keep up).
A keen traveller with a wanderlust spirit, Amber has travelled overseas 11 times, recently visiting the Cook Islands and Vanuatu with her family, with South Korea next on the list.
Amber brings that same warmth, energy, and care to her work—delivering professional, personalised service and helping her clients feel confident and supported every step of the way.

Susan Torpy
Susan Torpy - Conveyancing & Marketing Assistant
Susan joined the ABC team in 2020 as an administration assistant, bringing with her over 20 years of office administration experience. She has since advanced to become one of our assistants in Conveyancing, consistently delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Away from the office Susan likes to spend time with her two dogs – Baxter, a Chiweenie (Dachshund/Chihuahua) and Zoey, a Cocker Spaniel, reading or listening to a podcast, and taking weekend trips to her original hometown of Wollongong. She likes to spend her paychecks on attending concerts recently seeing The Killers, Billie Eilish, Kylie Minogue and is looking forward to seeing Oasis, Metallica and Lady Gaga in 2025!

Ash Kinlyside
Ash Kinlyside - Administrative Assistant
Ash joined the ABC team in January 2023 as an Administration Assistant and quickly became an invaluable asset. With a passion for organisation and detail, she excels at managing bookkeeping tasks and keeping Amber on schedule, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Ash also shines as the first point of contact for our clients, creating a welcoming and efficient experience for everyone she interacts with.
Outside of work, Ash is a self-confessed "shoe addict" and loves nothing more than sourcing fabulous new editions for her “shoe room” . She also enjoys quality family time with her husband and two kids. Whether balancing the books, managing schedules, or exploring new family outings, Ash brings enthusiasm and dedication to all aspects of her life.

Casey Maxwell
Casey Maxwell - Assistant in Conveyancing
Casey joined the ABC team in June 2023, bringing with her a strong background in the legal field. Her career in the legal space began alongside Amber when they were both baby faced 18-year-olds just starting out, and today, Casey thrives in the dynamic world of conveyancing. She enjoys the variety and challenges of the work, where no two matters are ever the same and there is always something new to learn.
Outside of the office, Casey has a passion for baking and cake decorating. What started as whipping up a quick last-minute birthday cake (oops!) has grown into a vibrant side hustle. Recently, she’s also embraced a newfound love for running, adding a new sense of energy and focus to her routine. When she’s not baking or out for a run, you’ll likely find her curled up with a book—her TBR pile is almost as tall as she is!
Courtney Bysterveld
Courtney Bysterveld - Senior Conveyancing Assistant
Courtney joined the ABC team in June 2024, bringing with her eight years of hands-on experience in conveyancing. With a keen eye for detail and a dedication to making the property process smooth and stress-free, she’s a valued asset to our team and a trusted guide for our clients.
But Courtney’s talents don’t stop at the office! At home, she’s kept on her toes by her energetic two-and-a-half-year-old twins, Dylan and Emily. Life with twins is never dull, and Courtney takes it all in stride—whether she’s negotiating nap times or navigating property settlements.
When she’s not helping clients, you’ll find Courtney out adventuring with her partner, Collin, and the twins. Their family loves hitting the road in their caravan, making memories, and embracing the great outdoors. From beachside escapes to outback road trips, Courtney’s love for travel mirrors her dynamic, can-do attitude in both work and life.
