Meet Amber Blythe, the distinguished licensed conveyancer in the Hilltops region, boasting an impressive 17 years of expertise in Conveyancing. As the founder of Cultiv8 Conveyancing Pty Ltd in June 2018 and Amber Blythe Conveyancing Pty Ltd in May 2021, Amber is dedicated to delivering a hassle-free, friendly, and professional conveyancing service.
Specialising in first home purchases, property sales and purchases, commercial leasing and business investment transactions. Amber guarantees an accurate, detailed, and straightforward process. In addition to her professional achievements, Amber achieved a significant milestone last year by completing her Bachelor of Laws at Charles Sturt University.
Beyond her thriving career, Amber is a devoted mother to three young children – Chloe (3 years) and twin boys Tom and William (nearly 1 year old). Family time is precious to her, often spent with her children and two golden retrievers, Chad and Nala. Amber's passion extends to exploring Australia and the world, fueled by a desire to create lasting memories and experiences for her kids.

Laura Eastlake
Laura Eastlake - Assistant Conveyancer
Laura is our assistant conveyancer with 10 years of experience. Laura enjoys assisting Amber with matters from start to finish and finds satisfaction in helping clients through the process of buying or selling. She is the one making sure you get into your new home (or out) as quick as you can in the most stress-free way possible.
Laura is a born adventurer and loves anything outdoors or travel related. Almost every country in the world is on her list to see, and she has already ticked off 14 with big bucket list items such has hang gliding in Rio and skydiving in the Swiss Alps. Only 181 countries to go!

Susan Torpy
Susan Torpy - Administrative Assistant
Susan is our admin assistant with over 24 years of experience in office administration, she will help us to continue to provide exceptional service to our clients.
Away from the office Susan likes to spend time with her two dogs, Baxter (a Dachshund/Chihuahua) and Zoey (a Cocker Spaniel), reading or listening to a podcast, she also likes to spend her pay check on attending concerts recently seeing Billie Eilish, The Killers, Harry Styles, The Smashing Pumpkins, Lizzo, Paul McCartney, The Foo Fighters and is looking forward to seeing Matchbox 20 and Coldplay in 2024!

Ash Kinlyside - Administrative Assistant
Ash joined the ABC team in January 2023 as an administration assistant. Ash has always loved working in administrative roles and enjoys being the first point of contact for our clients.
A self-confessed shoe addict, when Ash isn’t on the clock her favourite past times are adding new editions to her “shoe room” and going on adventures with her husband and two kids.

Casey Maxwell
Casey Maxwell - Assistant in Conveyancing
Casey joins the team as the newest Assistant in Conveyancing. Working part time, she is the friendly face you will see in the office on a Tuesday and Friday. Casey has a strong background in the legal field, starting her career with Amber back when they were both baby faced 18 year olds. She enjoys the variety and challenges offered by the work and is ready to jump into all things conveyancing.
Outside the office you will find Casey in the kitchen baking away and embracing a newfound passion in cake decorating. What began as creating one birthday cake for a forgotten birthday (Whoops) has now turned in to a colourful side hustle. if not baking, then you'll find her tucked away somewhere with a book - her TBR pile is almost as tall as she is!
